Mango
We made messes of mangoes before we learned how to easily cube a mango. This approach works best in a place with a faucet or a body of water, so that you can rinse your hands after cutting and eating (and licking your fingers). Eat straight off the fruit, or add cubes to dressings, salsa, salad or smoothies. (Pre-cubed frozen mango is also a great option.)
