Chocolate Cherry Smoothie
This recipe has a lot of ingredients. The way to make this recipe easy is to know where the ingredients are. The cherries and bananas are in the freezer, of course. Keep a shelf in the pantry for the cocoa and, hemp, flax, and chia seeds. Have a shelf in your refrigerator for your greens. It becomes so easy to make in just a few minutes. This recipe is from the kitchen of Mark and Wanda Huberman, who adapted a recipe from Dr. Joel Fuhrman.

Ingredients:
- Spinach
- 2 cups water
- Kale
- 1 tsp flax
- 1 tsp chia
- 1 tsp hemp
- f1 or 2 cups of frozen cherries
- 1/2 to 1 frozen banana
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
Instructions:
- Place 2 cups of water into a blender (More or less depending on thickness you like)
- Fill remainder of blender with greens (I like primarily 2/3 kale and 1/3 spinach)
- Add ground seeds (I like 1 tsp flax, 1 tsp chia and 1 tsp. hemp)
- Blend to provide more room in the blender
- Add frozen cherries
- Add ½ to 1 frozen banana
- Add 1-2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- Blend until smooth
