An easy overnight recipe for a delicious breakfast

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup organic oats
  • 3/4 cup soy milk
  • 1 apple, finally chopped
  • Handful of raisins
  • (optional) Cinnamon

 

Instructions:

  • Stir oats and raisins with the soy milk in a bowl
  • Stir in finely chopped apple
  • Place the future breakfast in the refrigerator overnight
  • Top with cinnamon if you like, and enjoy in the morning.
